Our popular day trips from Oulu to Syöte and Ukkohalla resorts are operated again in winter season 2021-22 on Saturdays.

Skibus Syöte

Syöte Skibus will be implemented as a guaranteed departure, with no minimum number of participants.

First Skibuses to Syöte are operated on Saturday 4.12, Tuesday 28.12 and Thursday 30.12. Starting from New Year's Day 1.1.2022, Syöte Skibus will run every Saturday until the end of the skiing season.

In addition to downhill skiing and snowboarding, Syöte also has good opportunities for many other winter activities: cross-country skiing, winter cycling, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. The area has an extensive trail network, several equipment rental shops, and a good range of restaurants. 

You can get on the Saaga Travel Syöte Skibus from Liminka, Kempele, Oulu and Kuusamontie. The bus takes you to Ski Resort Iso-Syöte, Ski Resort Pikku-Syöte, and Syöte National Park Visitor Centre.

Price of return ticket is 22 euros. You can also book the ski lift tickets and rental ski equipment through us for a discounted price.

Skibus Ukkohalla

The Ukkohalla Skibus offers easy access to the slopes from Oulu! 

The trip will take place if there are at least 15 participants. If the trip is canceled, we will refund the payment or postpone it to the next trip.

First Skibuses to Ukkohalla are operated on Christmas Day 25.12., Wednesday 29.12., New Year's Day 1.1. and Wednesday 5.1. After that Skibus Ukkohalla is operated on Saturdays until the end of the season.

You can get on the Ukkohalla Skibus from Oulu, Kempele, Liminka, Tyrnävä and Utajärvi. 

In addition to downhill skiing, Ukkohalla offers good opportunities for winter cycling, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Return ticket to Ukkohalla costs 20 euros and day ski lift pass 20 euros.
