Terms and conditions

1. Guaranteed departure and Saaga Travel's right to cancel the trip

Syöte Skibus is operated as a guaranteed departure. If there is one customer, the route will be operated.

We recommend to book the trip by 18.00 the night before the departure in order to be able to estimate the number of passengers and to determine the right size of the bus.

If no tickets have been booked by 22.00 the night before departure, we cancel the trip and withdraw it also from the webshop.. If tickets have been booked, we keep the sales open until the departure and tickets can be booked still on the morning of departure.

Rule of thumb: If the trip is bookable after 22.00 the night before departure, the trip is taking place. If the trip is not bookable after 22.00, trip has been canceled due to lack of participants.

2. The customer's right to cancel a trip they have already purchased

The customer has the right to cancel the booking. If a trip already purchased is canceled by the customer no later than three days before departure, we will withhold a cancellation fee of EUR 15/booking and refund the balance of the amount paid.

If canceled by the customer later than three days before time of departure, no fee will be refunded.

If a customer wishes to reschedule the trip for another day, it will be treated as a cancellation. In such cases, we cancel the trip, retain a cancellation fee of 15 euros, refund the remaining amount paid, and the customer can then make a new booking for their preferred date in the webshop.

We recommend to have a travel insurance, which covers cancellation and accidents and illnesses during the trip.

3. Disclosure of information

By booking a lift ticket or equipment through us, the customer accepts the transfer of their booking information to the ski resort. The information is used to anticipate the number of lift tickets and equipment rentals purchased and to ensure the identification of those who have purchased the services at the ticket office and at the rental shop when the service is redeemed. The data will not be used for any other purpose.

4. Underaged passengers

Minors (under 18) may participate in the trip with parental permission and responsibility.
