To all rally lovers!

This travel package is designed for those who want to enjoy the best parts of the rally without any stress. We will be staying at the Elite Hotel Mimer (4*) right in the center of Umeå, so you will be close to the city’s amenities. We will take care of all transportation from Rovaniemi, Oulu, Kemi, and Tornio to Umeå, as well as transfers to the best special stages. All you need to do is focus on enjoying yourself!

The travel package includes:

Transportation: Bus transfers from Rovaniemi (Transfer supplement: €50 per person), Oulu, Kemi, and Tornio to Umeå and back, as well as transfers to the rally routes (2–3 special stages on Friday and Saturday, exact schedule to be confirmed after the timetable is released).
Accommodation: 3 nights at the Elite Hotel Mimer (4*) in the center of Umeå. Breakfast is included.
Event Pass: Full access to follow all the rally events.

DAY 1 – Thursday, 12 February 2026 | OULU – UMEÅ

06:30 – Departure from Oulunsalo Shell
07:00 – Departure from Rovaniemi Bus Station (Transfer supplement: €50 per person)
07:00 – Departure from Oulu Bus Station
08:30 – Kemi Bus Station, some passengers join
09:00 – Tornio ABC, coffee break and some passengers join
09:30 – Continue journey to Umeå, self-paid lunch break on the way
c. 14:30–15:00 – Check-in at Elite Hotel Mimer, Umeå

18:50 – Umeå I-20 The Red Barn Arena, opening ceremony and official Rally Sweden 2025 start
19:05 – SS1 Umeå Sprint 1, The Red Barn Arena

DAY 2 – Friday, 13 February 2026 (Breakfast included)

06:00 – Breakfast at the hotel begins (until 09:30 if you are not going to watch the rally)
07:30–08:00 – Departure from the hotel to the special stages, 2–3 stages (exact schedule confirmed after rally program release)

DAY 3 – Saturday, 14 February 2026 (Breakfast included)

06:00 – Breakfast at the hotel begins (until 09:30 if you are not going to watch the rally)
07:15–08:00 – Departure from the hotel to the special stages, 2–3 stages (exact schedule confirmed after rally program release)

DAY 4 – Sunday, 15 February 2026 (Breakfast included)

06:00 – Breakfast at the hotel begins (until 10:30 if you are not going to watch the rally)
11:15 – Departure from the hotel to the rally area for the medal ceremony / awards presentation. After the ceremony, begin the return journey.

Traveling solo? Please be prepared to pay a single room supplement. Rooms are assigned to men and women in order of registration. We will, of course, try to find you a roommate, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Optional Upgrade:

Stay in a single room at Elite Hotel Mimer (4*): + €365 per person.
