Minimum number of participants
This is a guaranteed departure. Program is organized when there is minimum of 1 participants.
Deadline for bookings is noon on Monday March 11, 2024.
Cancellation of the program by the customer
The passenger has the right to cancel the program. If the customer cancels the program already purchased no later than 72 hours before departure, we will deduct 15 euros as a cancellation fee and refund the rest of the amount paid. If canceled less than 72 hours before departure, no fee will be refunded. We recommend to have travel insurance, which covers cancellation and accidents and illnesses caused during the trip.
Refunds
Payment refunds are made by the payment intermediary Paytrail. The payment will be returned to the original payment method. Usually, the refund is automatic. If the refund is not successful automatically, Paytrail will contact the customer by email and inquire about the refund account.
Disclosure of information
By booking this activity through us, the customer accepts the transfer of their necessary booking information to other service providers involved in the implementation of the activity. The information is not used for any other purpose.
